The Chairman of Landi Renzo and President of its Corporate University,
Stefano Landi, believes that the Corporate University stands as an example of
how medium-sized companies, too, can invest in staff development and
competences in a structured way, and of how a corporate university can be not
only a channel for in-house training but also a laboratory to generate
organizational and management innovations and to aggregate and disseminate
knowledge at the local and global level.
