The Partnership
& Development COLLEGE organizes and promotes cultural, training and
research activities with the institutional and commercial partners of the Landi
Group.
Among the various activities managed by the COLLEGE,
the following are particularly significant:
· In-house PhDs, in
collaboration with national and international research centres and
universities;
· vocational guidance, training and internship
days organized with secondary schools and universities;
· activities to enhance awareness of sustainable
mobility, in partnership with national and international public institutions;
· research, training and networking activities jointly funded through EU Funds, to maximize their social impact on the international network.
Moreover, the College is in the process of setting up
a Creativity Centre for the promotion and management of projects for
management related and technological innovation conducted through, among other
things, open innovation approaches.
